We recognise that minority candidates face a unique set of barriers when accessing opportunities. We've taken care to craft a hiring process where candidates are judged on their unique talent and aptitude, not their identity. That's why we:
Blind information such as gender, race and even your name from CVs and applications.
Rate candidates based on merit with a consistent scale.
Ensure candidates are interviewed by a diverse group of assessors.
We encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply to this role.
